| Ministries - Support Teams |
 This section explains how Emmanuel is organized to perform God's work. Most of this work is done directly (or indirectly) through our "Ministries". Emmanuel has five "Vision Ministries" and several "Support Ministries". Below we list them all and, if you follow the links, we attempt to define their duties, goals, and purpose...Our Vision Ministries are aligned directly to the Vision and Purpose of our church (see picture). These are the front-line teams...
The Team below is composed of one member from each of the teams listed above and exists to create a strategic plan for for the congregation... We encourage our members (and we welcome our guests) to serve on one (or two) of the ministries listed above. You are always welcome and encouraged to share your talents at Emmanuel. We also invite you to read Pastor Joe's blog entry, Avoiding Burnout, as you decide how you want to serve. It provides some insight and guidelines to avoid taking on too much - which is counter-productive. If you have a question about a ministry or about serving on a ministry please contact Pastor Joe.
