Hello all!

As I'm sure you've noticed, the youth are still at it, learning, serving, and having great fellowship all the while. They have been quite busy, and do not appear to be slowing down any time soon. During the last two months, we have taken a great nature hike, had a wonderful breakfast fundraiser, packed seed packets, and several other projects. Check it out!

Building Faith through Missions

We worked with Jackson Area Ministries in packing thousands of seed packets for needy families in the region. The youth filled, packed, bagged, and prepped for shipping enough seed packets to fill a truck. It was amazing to see how well they work together... we should all be quite proud of them.

We have planted all of the leftover flowers from the flower sale, and cleaned up around the church lot.

In addition, we are also in the process of remodelling the youth room. We are still looking for a sectional couch, and would appreciate any leads on a cheap / free one.

Building Faith through Relationships

We went on a nature hike at East Fork, and those who went had a great time. We'll be doing this again soon, at another location.  We had a waffle fundraiser at Riverside Coffee Mill, that was very successful!  Additionally, we made old fashioned tie die t-shirts we can wear to Youth functions, like Spirit Song!

Upcoming events

TBA, due to August age level reorganization.
However, I guarantee it to be totally cool stuff!

As always, please continue to lift our youth up in prayer, especially those who are soon to graduate and leave the youth group. I am very proud of them, and what they have accomplished both on a personal level and for the Kingdom of God! I am certain that God has made himself known to them, and they will continue to grow in his word and be blessed.

Peace!
Chris
