 What are the D.O.C.s? The Disciples of Christ are Emmanuel's jr. youth group. We formed in January of 2010 and this group has taken off. These members are in grades 4-6 and meet the second and fourth Sunday of the month from 6 pm to 7 pm. Activities include one fun night a month and then one service night. Our fun activities have included game night, a trip to the Cincinnati Museum Center, a trip to Woodland Mound Park, our service projects have been and will be VBS decorations, gifts for the church's shut-ins, the church's annual Easter Egg Hunt, raising Seeds for the Jackson Seed Ministry. If your child is in grades 4-6 I encourage them to join us. Our Sunday school class is at 10:30 in the D.O.C. Room (back classroom) and as I said earlier we meet the second and fourth Sunday of the month.
